Mary Lou Langford- Physical Therapist, PresidentMary Lou Langford- Physical Therapist, President (Albuquerque, Grants)
Mary Lou has over 35 years experience as a physical therapist and has worked in all aspects of the field. She is the President of Langford Sports and Physical Therapy, a founding member and marketing director of Desert States Physical Therapy Network, and graduate of the University of Kentucky.
Jimmy Minner- PT, MPTJimmy Minner- PT, MPT (Albuquerque)
Jimmy graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2009 with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy. He is nationally certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and worked as a personal trainer prior to receiving his degree. He enjoys working with people with many different types of problems but has but has a strong background in sports rehabilitation, with an eight week affiliation with Idaho Sports Medicine Institute in an outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in sports medicine, and an athlete in his own right.
Mike Rohde- PT, MPT, ATC, LATMike Rohde- PT, MPT, ATC, LAT (Albuquerque, Grants)
An athletic trainer for many years with a Masters in Sports Administration, Mike received his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of New Mexico in 2007.
Theresa Barton- Physical TherapistTheresa Barton- Physical Therapist (Albuquerque)
Theresa has worked as a physical therapist for over 35 years and has performed several thousand functional capacity and job assessments, ADA recommendations, ergonomic assessments, and expert witness testimony. She is a graduate of Colombia University and has been with Langford Sports and Physical Therapy for over 20 years.
Beth Jones- PT, DPT, OCSBeth Jones- PT, DPT, OCS (Albuquerque)
Dr. Jones has 27 years of experience with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still University and is board certified in orthopedics. Beth is an assistant professor at the University of New Mexico where she has a duel appointment in the Physical Therapy department and the Medical School teaching Gross Anatomy. She specializes in manual therapy, especially of the spine, and is the instructor for advanced spinal manipulation in the Physical Therapy School. Beth is also active nationally in the orthopedic section of the American Physical Therapy Association as the educational chair.
Lea Craver- MPTLea Craver- MPT (Albuquerque)
Lea graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2004 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. She has attended many postgraduate continuing education courses and gained significant expertise in treating the spine and foot. She has an undergraduate degree in athletic training.
Christy Miller- PT, MPT, ATCChristy Miller- PT, MPT, ATC (Albuquerque)
Christy is a University of New Mexico of 2004 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Christy has extensive pre and postgraduate training in treating women’s health problems including pelvic and abdominal pain, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, pregnancy related pain and other musculoskeletal problems specific to women. She also treats pelvic pain, weakness, incontinence, and rectal issues in men. She has a strong orthopedic background and her undergraduate degree is in athletic training.
Jessica Morales- ATC, LATJessica Morales- ATC, LAT (Albuquerque)
Jessica graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2002. She provides athletic training coverage for athletic events as well as patient treatment, fitness assessments and program design, and work readiness screening. She is also a CPR instructor certified by the Red Cross.
Andrea Smith- PT, MPTAndrea Smith- PT, MPT (Albuquerque, Grants)
Andrea graduated from the University of New Mexico in 2004 with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and has a background in treating patients with neurological and orthopedic problems. She has attended many postgraduate continuing education courses for treating the spine and extremities, and in evaluating and treating women’s health problems. Andrea has a strong background in bicycling and provides injury treatment and prevention for bicyclists as well as bike fitting.
Michael Glade- OTRMichael Glade- OTR (Grants)
Michael is the director of Rehab for Langford Sports and Physical Therapy at Good Samaritan Nursing Center and provides care at all of our Grants locations including the Mountain Road clinic and Cibola General Hospital. Michael is a graduate of the University of North Dakota.
Walter Jaramillo- PTTWalter Jaramillo- PTT, Fitness Specialist (Grants)
Walter is a graduate of the PIMA Medical Institute and has received additional training and certification through the Cooper Institute in Dallas as a Fitness Specialist focusing on training for those with conditions like Diabetes and Arthritis. Walter assists with treatment, provides fitness assessments and program design, and runs our Neighborhood Fitness program.

Graduate of PIMA Medical Institute, Wilma provides support services at all our Grants locations.
Human ResourcesTom Terrill- Human Resources (Albuquerque, Grants)
Tom manages our Human Resources departments as well as accounts payable and information systems for all of our sites.
Patient Care CoordinatorDenise Valdez- Patient Care Coordinator (Albuquerque)
Fluent in both English and Spanish Denise can answer any administrative questions and will assist you with scheduling and insurance authorizations when needed.
Account SpecialistCarmen Hernandez- Account Specialist (Albuquerque)
Carmen is responsible for patient accounts and ensuring that billing is completed in compliance with payer requirements. She can answer any of your billing questions.
Patient Care CoordinatorRomie Jaramillo- Patient Care Coordinator (Grants- Mountain Road)
Romie works at the Mountain Road location scheduling appointments, following up on patient accounts, ensuring insurance guidelines are met, and coordinating patient care.
Patient Care CoordinatorSherrie Horacek- Patient Care Coordinator (Grants- Cibola General Hospital)
Sherrie coordinates insurance verification and authorization for our patients at Cibola General Hospital as well as scheduling appointments and providing marketing and education to referrers and the public regarding our available services.
Julie Jenkins- M.S., SLP-CCCJulie Jenkins- M.S., SLP-CCC
Julie has a Master of Science in Speech and Language pathology from the University of New Mexico. She has 26 years of experience providing rehabilitation to adults with language, cognitive, and voice and swallowing disorders. She specializes in the treatment of adults with neurogenic disorders of communication and swallowing, including performing videofluoroscopic swallowing assessments.
Maureen Schufft- Patient Care CoordinatorMaureen Schufft- Patient Care Coordinator (Albuquerque)
Maureen has a long background in heath care management and coordinates scheduling and benefits verification, insures compliance with insurance requirements, and provides marketing and information to the community about services we provide.
