Also known as job readiness screening, we contract with different companies and establish a testing protocol that simulates the stresses the job imposes upon a worker. We then test potential employees for that job, using the protocol, to determine if they have the needed physical skills, or capability to perform job tasks required. This includes skills such as strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, and agility.
The test parameters are developed by our evaluator in conjunction with the therapist, or are provided by the company. We currently perform testing for a variety of jobs from police officer, highway workers, and rafting guides.
