Our gym is open to the neighborhood for a low monthly fee. Our athletic trainer will take you through a fitness assessment and set up a program that starts at a comfortable level for you and is designed to help you reach your goals, whether that be weight loss, heart health, or more energy and fitness for your other activities or sports.
The atmosphere is low key and non-competitve. We have cardiovascular and strengthening equipment as well as balance and stabilization equipment such as gymballs and bosu boards.
There are no membership fees and no contracts.
The gym is open from 8am to 7pm on weekdays. We offer an individual assistance rate for those who require or desire constant attendance or assistance.
